Abide & Become exists to help believers slow down, breathe, and rediscover the beauty of walking with God in the everyday. In a world of constant noise and hurried identities, this space invites you to abide in Christ, steadily, intentionally, and honestly, so that, by His grace, you might become more like Him.
Through reflections on Scripture, stories from faithful men and women throughout history, and practical tools for spiritual formation, this blog seeks to nurture a deeper love for Jesus and a clearer understanding of who we are in Him. My hope is simple: that as you abide, you will become.

What made you want to start this blog?
I started this blog out of a growing desire to help believers experience a deeper, more holistic walk with Jesus. Over the past year, through ministry, seminary training, and my own personal story-I’ve come to see how many Christians long for spiritual depth but feel uncertain about where to begin. Abide & Become is my way of creating a space where formation is made simple, accessible, and rooted in Scripture. My hope is to offer reflections, tools, and practices that help ordinary believers grow in extraordinary ways as they learn to abide in Christ and become who He has called them to be.
What are your credentials?
I don’t claim to be an expert, but I do write from a place of intentional training and lived experience. I am currently completing a pastoral residency and theological formation program at my church, as well as pursuing my M.Div at Grace Theological seminary, I serve in various ministry contexts, teach, write, and continue to learn from pastors and mentors who shape me in the way of Christ. More importantly, I write as a fellow disciple, someone walking the same road, learning, growing, and submitting daily to the work of the Spirit.
Is it just blogs?
No. Abide & Become will feature more than written content. I will also be producing short-form video teachings, devotionals, and discipleship tools designed for quick, practical encouragement. These videos will complement the blog posts and help you engage with the content in a fresh, visual way. My goal is to offer multiple pathways for spiritual growth, whether you prefer reading, watching, or sharing with your community.
